At RWHOME, we want you to love every piece you choose for your sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your RWHOME account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original shipping boxes with all protective padding, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
